1 - Access Videos
Navigate to Assets > Videos in the admin portal.
2 - Find the Video
Select the desired video by clicking on View. A pop-up window with the video's details will appear.
3 - Export the Video
Click the Export option. This step prepares the video for download.
4 - Wait for the Export to Complete
After selecting Export, you can close the pop-up window and wait a few minutes until the video is ready to be downloaded. Alternatively, wait a few minutes and refresh the page.
5 - Download the Video
Reopen the video screen. If you can see a Download button, then you will be available to retrieve the video. Once the video has been downloaded, you will find it in your downloaded files in an MP4 format.
