You can now manage your Check-Ins, Team Alerts and even Emergencies with the touch of a hand; all without unlocking your phone.
Check In Quick Actions
Whether you check into a location with your Duress™ Phoenix Card or through Automatic Check-Ins, you may want to follow this up with another action without opening your Duress™ App. This is why we've introduced Quick Actions, notifications that will show up in your lock screen with the option to manage a Check-In.
Extend the Timer
You'll receive a notification to confirmed you're checked in when you first check into a location. You can extend your Check-In Timer at any time as well as check out from this notification as well.
Timer Reminders
Before your timer comes to an end, you'll receive a reminder 5 minutes, and 1 minute before it hits zero. You can extend your check-in timer and check out by clicking on this notification on your lock screen.
Timer Expired
You can extend your Check-In timer at any time by clicking on the notification on your lock screen. You can check out from this notification as well.
Team Alerts Quick Actions
When you ask your team for assistance through a Team Alert, you may want to follow this up with an action. You can now manage your Team Alerts through our Quick Actions; all without unlocking your phone.
Team Alert Countdown
When you send a out a Team Alert, you have 5 seconds to cancel the alert before it goes out. If you activate a Team Alert with your Duress™ Phoenix Card, you will receive a notification informing you of this countdown with the option to cancel the alert right in your lock screen.
Team Alert Confirmation
Once your Team Alert has been successful, you will receive a notification confirming that your team have been notified.In this notification, you have the option to cancel this alert or escalate it to an emergency to contact our Monitoring Centre.
Notifications from your Team
Every now and then, your team will ask for assistance from you and you will receive a notification asking whether you can assist. Through the Quick Actions in this notification, you can tap 'Yes I can assist' if you can help. Or you can tap 'View Alert' to open the Duress™ App and get more information on this team alert.
Emergency Alert Quick Actions
When you are in an emergency situation, you may not always have the time to unlock your phone to manage the emergency. This is why we've introduced Quick Actions for Emergency Alerts so you can do it all from your lock screen!
Emergency Countdown
When you send a out an Emergency Alert, you have 5 seconds to cancel the alert before it sends out. If you activate an emergency with your Duress™ Phoenix Card, you will receive a notification informing you of this countdown with the option to cancel the alert right in your lock screen.
Emergency Monitoring
You will receive another notification when the Duress™ Operators have started monitoring your emergency. You have the option to view the emergency through this Quick Action which will take you straight to the Duress™ App!
Operator Update
For every action the Operators take (e.g. requesting police, calling your mobile, closing the emergency, etc.) you will receive a notification so that you stay up to date on what is happening behind the scenes. You have the option to go straight to the Duress™ App through this notification.
