Your Duress™ Falcons essentially act as a standalone mobile device, as they come with a SIM card and can accept incoming calls (outgoing calls are not available). You can call the Duress™ Falcons in your team at any time!

You can call a Duress™ Falcon from your phone at any time (Falcon-to-Falcon or Falcon-to-Phone calls are currently not available). If you would like to get in touch with one of your team members, you can call them directly on their Duress™ Falcon, just like any other phone.

 

Where can I find the phone number?

You can find the device's phone number in the admin dashboard. Select the team of the user you'd like to get in touch with and then go to the team's "Duress Devices". Once you're viewing their devices, open the 2nd tab called "Duress Devices".

This is where all Duress™ Falcons that are allocated to this team are listed, along with their phone number.
