Mobile Connectivity.
Your Eagle is equipped with a SIM card and runs on the Optus or Telstra 3G and 4G network. All features (excluding Camera Record) require internet connection.
Connecting your Eagle to Wifi.
In order for your Eagle to be able to upload the camera footage to the Cloud, it needs to be connected to a Wifi network. Each team of Eagles has their set Wifi network which they are automatically connected to when in reach of the network.
At the moment, this set Wifi network can only be set by the Duress Support team, so reach out to us if you want to add or change your Wifi network.
Memory capacity.
Your Eagle can record and store up to 34 hours of footage locally.
Whenever you're connected to your secure Wifi network, it will empty the storage by uploading the recorded footage to the Cloud. Once you're close to reaching full memory capacity, you'll get a notification to connect to Wifi.
