Once you receive your Halo ring, you will need to pair it to the Halo App before you can start using it. Read the article below to learn how to download and sign up to Duress Halo on your mobile device.
1 - Download Duress Halo App
Click on the images below to be redirected to the correct app. Alternatively you can open your App Store or Google Play Store and search for the Duress Halo App.

2 - Open Duress Halo App
Once you have downloaded the Duress Halo App, you will be able to access it from your device's Home Screen.
3 - Pair your Halo
Once you're in the welcome screen, tap on 'Next' to pair your Halo. Hold down the raised touch sensor for 5 seconds to begin pairing. You will see green, blue and red lights flashing.
4 - Verify your mobile number
Once your Halo is paired, please enter your mobile number and verify it by entering the code we will send to you.
5 - Profile details
After verifying your mobile number, please enter your name and create a 4 digit PIN. This PIN will be used to cancel activations.
6 - Emergency Contacts
Add 3 Emergency Contacts to your profile. Emergency Contacts will receive a text message with your live location whenever you activate your Duress Halo.
7 - Enter Activation Code
You will be prompted to enter your activation code. Every Duress Halo comes with a unique activation code, which you can find in your Halo box or in your Halo Welcome email.
This activation code will give you access to a free 3 months of
8 - Test Duress Halo
You can now test your Halo by holding down the raised touch sensor for 5 seconds. This will send an SMS to your Emergency Contacts with your live location.
After finishing your test you're all set up! You will now have Duress Halo available at your fingertips 24/7.
