Are You OK? is a set-and-forget feature that regularly checks up on you and your team. It can trigger a Team Alert and notify the user's team if not acknowledged.

Are you OK? Notification

Admins can schedule regular Are You OK? check ins to be sent to an individual app user, team or entire organisation. Are You OK? 

If an Are You OK? has been set up for you, you will receive a push-notification asking if you are OK. Simply confirm that you are safe when you get this notification.

Responding to an Are You OK?

Once you received the notification, you have five minutes to respond before your response is saved. Click on the push notification to respond:

 

  • I'm OK: no action, you are marked as “Safe”

  • I'm not OK: triggers a Team Alert

 

Missed Are you OK?

If you don't respond to an Are You OK? alert, your response will be saved as “No response”. Some organisations trigger a Team Alert if there is no response, please check with your manager to know how your Are You OK? is set up.
