When you activate an emergency, the Duress™ Falcon streams live video, audio and location to our 24/7 Operations Centre. They are authorised to request emergency services on your behalf.

Activating an Emergency
You can activate an Emergency if you need assistance from our 24/7 Operations Centre. They are authorised to contact emergency services for you.
If you activate an Emergency, a notification with your live GPS location, live audio and video will be sent out to your SMS Contacts. A notification that you have activated an Emergency can also be sent out to the other Duress™ Falcons in your team.
To activate an emergency, tap the screen three times:

The three taps/clicks to activate a Team Alert need to be quite fast, similar to a triple click on a mouse. You will see a three second countdown if your taps were successful!
Cancelling the Countdown
After you activate an emergency, you will be given 3 seconds to cancel before the emergency goes live.
The 24/7 Duress™ Operations Centre and your nominated team managers will then be able to view your live video, audio and location.
Emergency Operators
The Duress™ Operations Centre is an A1 Graded Monitoring Centre, this rating gives us a priority and direct line to emergency services making it quicker for you to receive the help you need. Duress™ Operators are trained and authorised to escalate activations on behalf of the user.
Once an Emergency is activated, your Duress™ Falcon will stream live video, audio and location to our 24/7 Operations Centre, who can see and hear what is happening.
The assigned Operator will monitor the activation for signs of verbal or physical abuse, threats, violence, weapons, duress or harm towards you.
Based on the footage, they will either escalate to emergency services or call you to confirm you are safe if they believe the activation is a false alarm.
Cancelling an active Emergency
To cancel an emergency, tap "Cancel". Duress™ Operators will call you to confirm that you are safe.
After Operators have confirmed that you are safe, they will notify your team managers that they have talked to you and will close your case.
