Duress™ App V3.0 was designed to make safety simple to use and easy to manage. The new update includes the most advanced technology to keep your staff safe, combining our favourite features from V2.0, like Safety Timers and Emergency Monitoring, with new features such as Automated Check-Ins and Team Alerts.
We are gradually opening up access to new and existing users.
Since we are phasing the roll-out of the new app, Duress™ currently supports two different versions of the Duress™ App. Here’s how to tell which app version you have:
Duress™ App V3.0
- Open up the Duress™ App and sign in with your login details.
- If your home screen has a black map and a three buttons at the bottom, you have V3.0
